A complete interior redesign of a former summer house in Barsebäckshamn, transforming it into a comfortable and considered year-round home. The project includes a new kitchen, bathroom, guest WC, laundry room and walk-in closet, all designed as part of a cohesive interior concept.

The design is rooted in a light, timeless Scandinavian palette, chosen to reflect both the character of the original house and its coastal setting. Natural materials, soft neutral tones and warm wood create a calm and understated atmosphere, with an emphasis on light, openness and a sense of space.

As the house undergoes an extensive renovation and extension, every part of the interior is carefully considered for everyday life. Smart storage, integrated functions and space-efficient solutions bring modern comfort to the former summer cottage without losing its simplicity and character.

The result is intended to feel effortless, warm and enduring — a contemporary Scandinavian home designed for life in Barsebäckshamn throughout all seasons.
